Terms
Terms of use.
The rules for using this website. Work we do for you is governed by its own written agreement, not by this page.

1. Who we are
epsilon-labs.co is run by Epsilon Labs AI Solutions (SMC-PVT) Ltd., registered by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan under section 16 of the Companies Act, 2017 (XIX of 2017), Corporate Unique Identification No. 0290150 (“Epsilon Labs”, “we”, “us”). Contact: er@epsilon-labs.co. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not, please do not use it.
2. What the site is, and is not
The site describes what we build and the services we offer. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance. Descriptions, timelines and scopes are indicative: every engagement is quoted after a conversation and starts only once a written agreement — scope, fee, timeline and terms — has been signed by both sides. If that agreement and this page ever disagree, the agreement wins.
Interactive demos on the site run in your browser on invented data and are marked “Demo data”. Their figures, names and products are illustrative and do not describe any real client.
3. Security services
We test only systems and devices whose owner has authorised the test in writing, before work starts. We will decline any engagement without that authorisation. We are not an accredited testing firm, and our reports are not certifications for PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001, CE/UKCA or any similar scheme. Nothing on this site is an invitation to test anyone else’s systems.
4. Our content
The text, design, graphics, code and demos on this site are ours or used with permission. You may view them, link to any page, and quote short extracts with attribution. Our machine-readable files (llms.txt, catalogue.json and the markdown versions of pages) exist to be read by software, and you may fetch them automatically at a reasonable rate. You may not copy the site, or substantial parts of it, to present as your own or to build a competing service.
Client names and logos appear on the work pages to describe projects we delivered. They belong to their owners, and their appearance does not mean those owners endorse anything beyond the work described. If you own a mark shown here and want it changed or removed, email us and we will act on it promptly.
The fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License, and the 3D rendering library (three.js) under the MIT License.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to it or to our systems, introduce malicious code, or use it for anything unlawful. If you believe you have found a security issue in this site, please report it to us privately at the address above.
6. Accuracy and availability
We keep the site accurate and up to date, but it is provided as it is, without warranty, and may change or be unavailable at any time. Technical information on the site is general and is not engineering advice for your particular product; advice you can rely on comes from an engagement.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website, including indirect or consequential loss and lost profits or data. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Links
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Epsilon Labs AI Solutions (SMC-PVT) Ltd. is registered, and the courts of that jurisdiction have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law of the country you live in gives you the right to bring a claim there. A signed engagement agreement may set a different governing law for the work it covers.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. The version on this page when you use the site is the one that applies.
