Frontier · Digital Twins
Your whole site, live, in 3D, from anywhere.
A navigable 3D model of a physical site — a station, a warehouse, a plant floor — wired to the machines inside it, so the model shows what is actually happening right now. Click any machine to see its live state.
Digital Twins
- Typical length
- 6–10 weeks
- What you get
- 5 written deliverables, listed below
- What decides the number
- Site complexity, how many machines feed it live data, and whether that data already exists or has to be captured first — often the hardware half of the job.
- Scoping
- One call, then a written scope. We say no when it is not ours.

01 The terms
Quoted per project, after a call. We do not publish a band for this, because a number without a scope is a guess and you would have to unpick it later anyway.
Tell us what the work has to do and when it has to be done, and you get the scope and the number in writing — or a straight answer that this is not ours.
02 Try it
Interactive demo
A 3D model of a working fuel station — orbit it and click any dispenser for its live state.
03 The problem
An operations manager with twelve sites cannot be at any of them. The dashboards tell them numbers; they do not tell them which pump on which island is down, or that a bay has been idle since lunch.
A spatial view answers in a glance what a table answers in a meeting.
04 What you get
- A 3D model of your site, built from your layout, navigable in any browser
- Every machine wired to live data — status, throughput, alarms
- Click any asset to fly to it and see its live and historical state
- The data pipeline behind it, including hardware capture where none exists
- Runs on a laptop, a tablet or a control-room screen
05 How it runs
- Weeks 1–2
- Site survey, layout, and every data source identified.
- Weeks 3–6
- Model, live pipeline, and capture hardware if needed.
- Weeks 7–10
- Interaction, alerts, and a costed plan for rolling out to your other sites.
06 Whether this is for you
This is for you if
- Multi-site operators — fuel, logistics, manufacturing, facilities
- Control rooms that stare at tables of numbers
- Anyone whose machines already report data nobody looks at
This is not for you if
- Engineering simulation or physics-accurate CFD — this is operational, not analytical
- Photorealistic architectural visualisation
- Sites with no data source and no appetite to create one
07 Proof
We built a digital twin of a fuel station for our own eFuelPro product: the forecourt, canopy and six double-sided dispensers modelled in 3D, each showing live status and volume from the eFuelPro ledger. It is one site of one type — we have not yet built a warehouse or multi-site twin. A version with demo data is on this page.
08 Questions
Do we need 3D models of our equipment?
No. We model from your layout and photos. Where a manufacturer model exists we use it.
